Dr. Will Tuttle, visionary author of the acclaimed best-seller, The World Peace Diet, published in 17 languages, is a recipient of the Courage of Conscience Award and the Empty Cages Prize. He’s  also the author of Your Inner Islands, on developing intuition, as well as editor of two other  books, Circles of Compassion, on the interconnection of social justice issues, and Buddhism and  Veganism, on the connection between animal liberation and spiritual awakening.

Angie Ringler is the founder of the environmentally conscious business Tangie LLC, doing business as WasteFreeProducts.com. Her company is a carbon neutral business, using only plant-based ingredients, and is certified cruelty-free with Leaping Bunny certification. Tangie offers a complete line of plastic-free household cleaning and personal care products.

In her first book, Going Plastic Free Room-by-Room: The Ultimate Guide to Sustainable Swaps, she brings a realistic approach to reducing plastic in your life by sharing practical tips that will help you develop day-to-day habits to minimize wasteful consumption in your business and at home.

Dr. Sailesh Rao-Climate

Dr. Sailesh Rao is the Founder and Executive Director of Climate Healers, a non-profit dedicated towards healing the Earth’s climate. He is a systems engineer, Human, Earth and Animal Liberation (HEAL) activist, husband, dad and since 2010, a star-struck grandfather.

He has promised his granddaughter, Kimaya, that the world will be largely Vegan before she turns 16 in 2026, so that people will stop eating her relatives, the animals. He has faith that humanity will transform to keep his pinky promise to Kimaya, not just for ethical reasons, but also out of sheer ecological necessity. He has created a Climate Bathtub model to help humanity understand the solution space for reversing climate change and enabling a thriving planet.

Dr. Leigh Ettinger

Dr. Ettinger has been a pediatric nephrologist since 2004 but started to adapt plant-based nutrition in 2014. He noticed and shared the health benefits of the plant-based diet with his patients and colleagues. He holds an eCornell Certificate in Plant-based Nutrition and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine. For families struggling with a younger member’s weight, he offers an intensive and comprehensive 12-week plant-centric program.

In 2021 he founded the Doctor Herbivore telemedicine practice, which includes a 4-week program to evaluate and fine-tune a vegan/vegetarian child’s nutritional status. He also created an eCourse for plant-based families to gain dietary confidence in a world of omnivore naysayers.

Angela Crawford, Ph.D. has over 20 years of experience as a licensed psychologist. Her professional background includes providing psychotherapy to help clients address stress, anxiety, trauma, and medical issues.  

Since shifting to a vegan lifestyle, she has become passionate about sharing the benefits of plant-based eating for human health and mental health, caring for all sentient beings, and the planet. She is certified as a master vegan lifestyle coach and educator through Main Street Vegan Academy and holds a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from the T. Beckie is the founder of Bhumi Yoga and Bhumi Kids where she supports families and educational settings in her role as a Children’s Well-being Mentor and Childhood Specialist. She also delivers yoga and well-being sessions for children, adults and families. Beckie is also a reiki master, EFT for kids practitioner, author and speaker.

Beckie’s holistic well-being programme for children SHINE Brightly makes the philosophy of living yoga accessible to young people through a unique combination of mindful movement, meditation and mindset activities. Nichole Dandrea-Russert

Nichole Dandrea-Russert, MS, RDN is a plant-based dietitian nutritionist, author of The Fiber Effect and the forthcoming book, The Vegan Athlete’s Handbook, and the blogger and recipe developer behind purely planted.

She specializes in plant-based eating for mind body health, lifestyle disease prevention, and eating for the planet. Nichole has been featured in Eating Well, Business Insider, Clean Eating, Parade, and Atlanta Journal Constitution. She is also a media spokesperson for The Weather Channel and local Atlanta television networks. For fun, you’ll find her working in the garden or volunteering at a local animal shelter or farm sanctuary.

Linda Middlesworth

Linda has been vegan for 34 years, beating her cancer, heart disease and obesity. She is the Organizer for the Sacramento Vegan Society now with 5100 members and is active putting on vegan events, Go Healthy LIVE, Get Healthy Sacramento, Go Compassionate LIVE and Go Sustainable LIVE and events
featuring doctors and leaders in health, animal advocacy and climate change.

She had a graphic design business, Graphic Side, for 25 years in Davis, CA. She is 78 years old. She is a VeganMentor health coach under www.veganmentor.com as well as a Food for Life Nutrition and Cooking Instructor, Physician’s Committee for Responsible Medicine, Dr. Neal Barnard. She is also the co-owner (with her son Darren Middlesworth) of v-dog.com, a vegan dog food business that she and her late husband, David, launched 16 years ago so dogs could benefit from a healthy, cruelty-free and environmentally friendly dog food. Linda is also a Personal Trainer, and an Aerobics Instructor for California Family Fitness.  She remains an active animal rights activist for PETA, DXE, Sacramento Animal Rights, and Animal Save Movement.
